James Shih has been serving as a Vice President of Inotera since March, 2003. In this role, James leads company's Operation Support Group including capacity & logistic, information technology, fab expansion, and environment, security, and health functions.

Prior to joining Inotera, James was Vice President of Nanya Technology. He brings more than 12 years of semiconductor experience in fabrication management, including automation system, construction and facilities systems, capacity planning, and cost control.

James holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan.
