Michael Sadler joined Inotera in 2008; he has joint responsibility for leadership and oversight of all operations, including facilities, planning, procurement, capital raising, finance, HR, technology development, manufacturing, and parent company interface.
Michael has been in the semiconductor field for nearly thirty years. Prior to joining Inotera, Michael was the EVP of MeiYa Technology Corporation, a JV between Micron & Nanya. Prior to that, he worked for eight years as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Micron Technology. In this capacity he was responsible for managing worldwide sales and customer support activity for Micron. Micron is a leading provider of semiconductor memory and CMOS image sensor products and the scope of Micron’s activity includes sales & marketing, technology development & manufacturing operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining Micron in 1992, Michael worked for Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation for six years as a Business Planning Manager, and then Vitelic Corporation for seven years as the General Manager of Japan Operations.
Michael holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and a B.S. Degree in Decision Science from the University of Santa Clara.
