Mr. Peter Bailey was appointed as Executive Vice President in October, 2006. , who is assuming new responsibilities to stand at the top of the Inotera organization together with the President, Mr. Charles Kau.

Before joining Inotera, Mr. Bailey concurrently served as senior vice president of advanced front-ends at Infineon Technologies Munich since 2001 and Managing Director at Infineon Technologies Dresden GmbH & Co. OHG since October 2004. From 1996 till 2001, he was Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Austria AG, and from 1992 to 1996, he served as Managing Director and gained international business experience at Siemens Semiconductor Advanced Technologies, in Malacca, Malaysia.

Mr. Bailey joined Siemens in 1980 after receiving his M.S. in Technical Physics from the Technical University of Graz, Austria.
