Dr. Jason Chu joined Inotera in September, 2003 and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Fab Operation Group. His responsibilities include the plant production and operational integration of the process, equipment, facility, production line improvement and yield enhancement.

Jason held a number of key positions at Inotera, including Manager of Thin Film Department, Director of Unit Processing Engineering Division, and then Senior Director of Production Engineering Group.

Prior to joining Inotera, Jason served as Senior Manager of CMP and Metrology Department at ProMOS Technologies Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Before that, he worked for 7 years as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Division at Mosel Vitelic Inc. Starting from 1993, Jason joined Industrial Technology Research Institute as a researcher, focusing on developing ECR plasma CVD process.

Jason holds a Ph. D in Chemistry from Emory University and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Fu Jen Catholic University.
